Kim is a culturally competent leader with expertise in developing brand strategies and marketing programs that bring voice to causes and deliver meaningful results. She has been recognized for her ability to deconstruct complex challenges and identify practical pathways to solving problems and realizing possibilities.
After a successful 25-year career in corporate brand marketing, Kim transitioned to the nonprofit sector. She held a variety of c-level positions at Pillsbury United Communities and Sabathani Community Center before launching b.e.cause consulting. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Kim holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business in marketing and human resources, and earned a certificate in fundraising from St. Thomas University.
Kim's favorite projects are those in which she gets to collaborate with smart, purpose-driven people and contribute to a better tomorrow for her children and her community.
